Read the following requirements for being a CS Life Advisor
A Cornerstone Life Advisor is required to be:

• A mature believer who has developed strength of character through various life experiences.
• A member of Cornerstone Christian Fellowship.
• Regular attendance for all ongoing educational training.
• Open with others about his/her own struggles and issues, so that he/she can serve as a role model for the people he/she is helping.
• Actively pursuing the disciplines that promote spiritual health such as time alone with God, bible reading, prayer, fellowship and service to the church.
• Passionate, led by God, and equipped with certain spiritual gifts in order to effectively shepherd a hurting person’s heart.
• Willing and able to persevere through the process of intensive training and the demands of ongoing advising situations.
• Willing to maintain the privacy of each individual by keeping confidential any information shared by advisees.
• Willing to strive to attain a high level of proficiency in advising skills in order to deal effectively with fragile human lives.
• Consistent, prompt and prepared for all Life Advising sessions.

I agree with the above requirements, and I commit to live them out in my role as a CS Life Advisor should I become a part of this ministry at Cornerstone.
