In this 1-year commitment women who are beginning to walk their faith journey, will walk alongside mature women who are further along in their faith journey. They will encourage and challenge one another in their walk with Jesus. Mentors and mentees will learn and discuss topics such as; The Word, Prayer, Identity, Calling, Relationships, and Gratitude, through their daily workbook curriculum and monthly meetings together. This mentoring journey is rooted in the Bible. Mentors and mentees will connect what is happening in their life, with what they are reading in scripture. Mentors are there to encourage, guide, and spur along conversation and learning throughout the year. Applications for 2024 are closed. In the Fall, the mentoring team will reach out to schedule a 30-minute zoom interview.

Mentors and Mentees are placed together in December, and the 1-year program launches in January. Applications open for mentors and mentees every Fall. Email Women’s Mentoring with questions. (Women@cornerstoneaz.com )

The 1-year mentoring program launches in January, with monthly meetings between mentor and mentee. The Mentoring Workbook-Journal has daily time in God’s word with a guiding question. Mentees and mentors will talk about what is standing out in the workbook and how that connects with their life.

The Mentoring Workbook Journal is 1-year book that helps you build a habit of daily time in God’s Word. Each week you will read the same passage of scripture for 5-days, with a different guiding question each day. Throughout the year you will focus on topics of The Word, Prayer, Identity, Calling, Relationships and Gratitude that will take you through the book of Ephesians, Philippians, Ruth, various Psalms and other scripture.

So here’s what I want you to do, God helping you: Take your everyday, ordinary life—your sleeping, eating, going-to-work, and walking-around life—and place it before God as an offering. Embracing what God does for you is the best thing you can do for him. Don’t become so well-adjusted to your culture that you fit into it without even thinking. Instead, fix your attention on God. You’ll be changed from the inside out. Readily recognize what he wants from you, and quickly respond to it. Unlike the culture around you, always dragging you down to its level of immaturity, God brings the best out of you, develops well-formed maturity in you.
